RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at vettaxiii.store@gmail.com. Please include your order number and the reason for your return. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions and the appropriate return address.

Please do not send products to the address shown on our website or on your package unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at vettaxiii.store@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the problem. We will review the information and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning an item because of a change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or providing an incorrect delivery address. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If we confirm that an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, VETTA XIII will cover the reasonable return shipping cost when a return is required.

EXCEPTIONS

We cannot accept returns for used items, items damaged after delivery, gift cards, or products returned without authorization. Please contact us if you have questions about a particular item.

CANCELLATIONS

You may request cancellation by contacting us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered processing or has been submitted to the supplier. If the order has already shipped, it must follow the return process described above.

REFUNDS

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process and post the refund.
